I needed to cancel my order. The customer service crew handled my cancellation in a really professional and efficient manner. I'd definitely suggest them to my family and pals.

I tried to grab a phone in fair condition after reading some reviews that said it looked almost brand new. I figured Reboxed seemed more trustworthy than other third-party sellers since they do a 70-point check, while others only do 30. Plus, they teamed up with Smarty for a nice discount, which sounded good to me.

However, my order was confirmed and then canceled on the same day, totally crushing my hopes. At least the refund was processed back to my bank, and they confirmed it via email and text.

In general, the support team responds quickly, but their replies didn’t really give me any new info beyond what I had already seen on Trustpilot about cancellations due to possible fraud.

I’ve never had issues using my credit card on other tech e-commerce sites, so I think Reboxed’s system is blocking a lot of legit customers from buying their stuff. Honestly, it feels like a waste of time to try again since it takes 2 to 3 days for the refund to hit my account.

I’d recommend they clearly state, like giffgaff refurbs do, that customers will get rejected if their shipping and billing addresses don’t match, maybe in bold text.

The iPhone 12 Pro I received was described as being in ‘excellent condition’ and honestly, it looked brand new. I was really impressed. I did run into a few small delivery hiccups, but the Reboxed customer service team was quick to sort things out and super friendly. It's great to see a company that genuinely cares about recycling and cutting down our carbon footprint. Highly recommend! Plus, they even included some sweet treats in the box. What’s not to love?
